Get covered for 2015 or you may risk paying a fee – the choice is yours.
If you don’t get covered, you’ll have to pay for both regular and unexpected medical expenses in the next year and you’ll risk paying a fee.
Important: The fee for not having health insurance has increased this year. If you don’t enroll by the final deadline, you’ll have to pay the higher of these two amounts:
- 2% of your yearly household income, or
- $325 per person for the year
Sunday, February 15 is the final deadline to enroll for health coverage in 2015. There’s no better time to take the next step and submit your application.
