Your state Medicaid agency recently notified us that you or someone in your household recently lost or was found ineligible for Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage.

Do you still need health coverage? You may be able to find coverage through HealthCare.gov.

Most consumers qualify for financial assistance to lower their monthly premium.

Remember: Enroll by December 15 for coverage starting January 1, 2026. If you need to apply for coverage that started on a date in the past, please call 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325).
