Remember to pay your premium to your insurance company in full each month by the due date, so you don’t fall behind and risk losing your coverage.

Update your income and information if it changes. Report any life changes on your Marketplace application as soon as possible, like if your income goes up or down, you move to a new address, or you have a change in your household. These changes may affect your coverage or financial help.

Submit documents if the Marketplace asks for them. If you have been told you need to submit documents to confirm information on your application, follow the instructions found in your notice so you don’t lose your coverage or financial help.
