Plan Year 2026 Marketplace registration and training is now available for returning agents and brokers who were registered for Plan Year 2025! The Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) agreement and optional SHOP training are also available.

You’re eligible to complete a shorter training. As a returning agent or broker, you will be automatically enrolled in the Marketplace training for returning agents and brokers, which is a shorter training that can be completed in as little as 60 minutes. You will also have the option to enroll in the full training for new agents and brokers, if desired.

Follow these steps to complete registration and training:
- Log in to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal
- Update your information on your Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) agent/broker profile
- Complete the annual Marketplace training
- Read and accept the applicable Marketplace Agreement(s)
- Print your 2026 Registration Completion Certificate
- Confirm your registration by using the Registration Completion List
Throughout the registration process, you can use the Marketplace Registration Tracker to track your progress.
You have two options for completing your training:
- Through the MLMS offered by CMS
- Through the CMS-approved vendors, HealthSherpa and INSXCloud If you choose either of these options, you must return to the MLMS to complete your registration
Reminder: Later this year, Marketplace training will be available in Spanish on the MLMS.
