If you already have a Marketplace application: Log in, select your current application, then select “Report a Life Change.” You can update your application to let us know if someone recently lost Medicaid or CHIP. If your current application is still “in progress,” simply complete and submit it.
Don’t delay: You only have 60 days from the time of the life event, like a denial or loss of Medicaid or CHIP, to enroll in a Marketplace plan.
Note: If you need to apply for coverage that starts on a date in the past, contact the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325).
