Submit documents now

Last month you were sent a letter in error stating that documents were not needed to confirm your household income. We still need documents to check if you qualify for financial help on your 2025 Marketplace plan.

log in

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in to HealthCare.gov and select your 2026 application.
  2. Using the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Application Details.” You’ll see a list of issues with your 2026 application.
  3. Get the necessary documents and submit them online to fix each issue. You can scan your document or upload a photo. Review acceptable file formats such as PDFs, and check the list of documents you can submit. Uploading is the fastest way to get your documents processed.

Submit your documents as soon as possible to avoid losing your financial help. You can also call the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596. TTY users can call 1-855-889-4325.
