Do you need health coverage? Earlier this year, your state Medicaid agency notified us that you or someone in your household recently lost or was denied Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) coverage. If you still need coverage, take advantage of the 2025 Marketplace Open Enrollment period and find your 2025 plan now!

More people than ever are eligible for extra savings on their monthly healthcare costs at HealthCare.gov. In fact, 4 out of 5 who enroll in a health plan can find one for $10 or less per month, with financial assistance – and many can find a plan for $0 per month!

Remember: Enroll by December 15 for coverage starting January 1, 2025. If you need to apply for coverage that starts on a date in the past, call 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325).
