A Silver plan could help you save

Attention: You currently qualify for a Silver plan which may provide you with extra savings. Visit HealthCare.gov to compare plans and switch from your Bronze plan to a Silver plan to save on your 2025 health plan expenses.

On top of the financial help that lowers your monthly premium, you may qualify for extra savings known as "cost-sharing reductions.” Look for a Silver plan with the “Extra Savings” label; these savings lower out-of-pocket costs like deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments.

Reminder: If you’d like to switch plans, you must enroll by December 15 to receive new coverage beginning January 1, 2025.
