This is important: Some information you provided on your 2026 application doesn’t match our records. We may need you to submit additional documents to the Marketplace.
Don’t miss out on Marketplace coverage or any financial help that you’re eligible for. It’s important that you resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to HealthCare.gov and choose to "Start a New Application or Update an Existing One."
- Select your 2026 application. (Note: You may need to select “Go to My Applications & Coverage” to see your 2026 application.)
- Using the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Application Details.” You’ll see a list of issues with your 2026 application.
- Get the necessary documents and submit them online to fix each issue. You can scan your document or upload a photo. Acceptable file formats, such as PDFs, are listed here. A list of documents you can submit is available here. Uploading is the fastest way to get your documents processed.
