This is important: Some information you provided on your 2026 application doesn’t match our records. We may need you or someone on your application to submit additional documents to the Marketplace.

The Marketplace could stop coverage as soon as February 1 if you don’t resolve this issue.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in to HealthCare.gov and choose to "Start a New Application or Update an Existing One."
  2. Select your 2026 application. (Note: You may need to select “Go to My Applications & Coverage” to see your 2026 application.)
  3. Using the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Application Details.” You’ll see a list of issues with your 2026 application.
  4. Get the necessary documents and submit them online to fix each issue. You can scan your document or upload a photo. Acceptable file formats, such as PDFs, are listed here. A list of documents you can submit is available here. Uploading is the fastest way to get your documents processed.
