Log into Help On Demand with Ease

To ensure you can quickly accept new referrals, Help On Demand enabled login on the mobile app using Touch or Face ID. This technology is available on both Apple and Android devices. Depending on your device, the sign-on process may allow a fingerprint scan and/or face recognition to access the Help On Demand mobile app. This optional feature is only available for devices that support this type of authentication.

 

Download Help On Demand as a mobile app to your iPhone or Android.

 

In order to use this feature, be sure to allow the credential in your mobile app by enabling and/or opting in to use this capability on your mobile device.

 

To turn on Touch ID or Face ID on an iPhone:

  1. If you didn’t turn on fingerprint and/or face recognition when you first set up your iPhone, go to Settings
  2. In Settings, navigate to Touch or Face ID & Passcode
  3. Enter your Passcode
  4. In Touch or Face ID & Passcode, click on Other Apps
  5. Move the toggle to the right, toggle will appear green, for the Help On Demand app

 

To turn on Touch ID or Face ID on an Android device:

  1. On your phone, open your Settings
  2. Tap Security and privacy and then scroll down to select Biometrics
  3. Select Face recognition
  4. Enter your PIN, pattern, or password
  5. Near the bottom, tap Continue to Set up face data
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup

 

The next time you log into the Help On Demand app, follow the onscreen instructions to enable Touch ID and/or Face ID within the app.

 

If you would ever like to change Help On Demand’s access to Touch or Face ID login, please navigate to your mobile phone’s security settings to control access to apps that have requested to use Touch or Face ID authentication.

 

Please note, by enabling this feature it will help to make logging into the Help On Demand app faster and easier for you to quickly respond to consumer requests for support. Once you log into Help On Demand, you can also update your Availability Settings for any changes or extended time out of the office.
