Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) continue to attract interest from industry professionals and employers in 2021. CMS has a dedicated resource page with materials that can help you learn more about these HRAs and support their implementation. To help employers determine whether an individual coverage HRA offer is considered affordable for purposes of avoiding the employer responsibility payment, CMS also previously published the ICHRA Employer Lowest-Cost Silver Plan Premium Look-up Table. Users in states participating in the Federally-facilitated Exchange (FFEs) and State-based Exchanges on the Federal Platform (SBE-FPs) can access individual market Qualified Health Plans lowest-cost silver plan data by geographic location.
