The Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) minimum participation rate is waived now through December 15! If you want to offer SHOP health insurance to your employees but haven’t met the minimum participation rate in the past, you can now enroll WITHOUT meeting the requirement.
In most states, at least 70% of employees who are offered SHOP coverage must accept your offer (or have other qualifying coverage) before your small business can enroll in SHOP health insurance.
