The Marketplace Weekly Digest is your weekly recap on the Marketplace, including announcements and important dates and deadlines for agents and brokers.

NEW: As of June 14, agents and brokers using a Direct Enrollment (DE) Pathway must confirm their clients have given them consent to work with them for purposes of applying for and enrolling in a Marketplace qualified health plan (QHP) with or without financial assistance, Medicaid, or CHIP through the Marketplace. To confirm consent, agents and brokers must click the Confirmation checkbox on a DE Pathway search page.

Agent and broker frequently asked question (FAQ) of the week: How do I know when I have completed Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) registration and training? What documentation do I use to confirm I've completed it?

Beginning Wednesday, July 17 at 6:00 PM ET, the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) will close or “go dark” in preparation for the launch of registration and training for plan year 2020.
Be sure you’ve completed Marketplace registration and training for plan year 2019 and have printed your Registration Completion Certificate(s) before July 17. You will not be able to do either after July 17.
Throughout the registration process, you can check your registration status with the Marketplace Registration Tracker using your National Producer Number (NPN) and ZIP Code.
