Please join us for Marketplace updates in two presentations on Friday, January 11 at 2:00 PM ET.
Our first presentation will provide an overview of Marketplace eligibility appeals. If consumers believe there was a mistake or disagree with certain eligibility determinations made by a Marketplace, they have a right to request an appeal.
This presentation will cover which Marketplace decisions can be appealed, how to file an appeal, and the process for receiving a decision on an appeal.
Our second presentation will review health plan coverage effectuation, including information on payments, grace periods, and terminations. This presentation will review what you need to know to help applicants activate their coverage and maintain their coverage throughout the year.
