What’s New to Find Local Help?

As of this morning, Find Local Help has a new look! Find Local Help is a tool that allows consumers looking for Marketplace assistance to search for registered agents and brokers* based on a ZIP code, city, or state.

You’ll also notice that we updated selection options in the Find Local Help Options drop-down menu within the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS). The selections are as follows:

I would like all my contact information displayed but only for my home state.
I would like my contact information, except my street address, displayed for all states where I have a valid health license.
I would like all my contact information displayed for all states where I have a valid health license.
I don’t want my contact information displayed and do not want to participate in Find Local Help or Help on Demand.

To make or update your selections, access your MLMS profile by following these steps:

Log in to the CMS Enterprise Portal using your FFM User ID. If you have not created an account or started your Marketplace registration for plan year 2019, get started here.
On the Agent Broker Registration Status webpage, select the Complete Agent Broker Training link, and you will be directed to the Training Options webpage.
Select the Access Training link next to the MLMS listing, and you will be directed to the MLMS profile webpage.
At the top of the MLMS profile webpage, there will be a drop-down menu for Find Local Help Options.
Select the appropriate option.
Click the Save/Update button at the bottom of the webpage.

*Your contact information won’t be listed in the Find Local Help tool until you have completed Marketplace registration and training for plan year 2019, and have a valid National Producer Number and CMS-approved line of authority.
