The Marketplace Weekly Digest is your weekly update on the Marketplace, including announcements and important dates and deadlines for agents and brokers.
2018 Marketplace Registration Closing July 18
- After July 18 at 6:00 PM ET, you will no longer be able to complete registration or training needed to assist with or sell Marketplace insurance for the remainder of plan year 2018!
- Before this “go-dark” period, be sure you have completed plan year 2018 registration and training, including identity proofing and signing the applicable Agreement(s), and required training.
- If you have not started Marketplace training or completed registration for plan year 2018, you should start (or complete) the steps by July 13.
- Once you’ve completed registration, print your Registration Completion Certificate(s) for the Individual and/or Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace.

- As an agent or broker, you can engage with and empower consumers in rural communities to make decisions about their health care. Slides 12, 15, and 17 of this new resource detail the ways in which you can help.
