Managing HealthCare.gov Emails

Want to adjust the frequency of emails you receive from the Marketplace? Follow these steps:

Visit the HealthCare.gov subscriber preferences webpage.
Enter the email address at which you receive emails from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and click Continue.
Select the Email Frequency tab.
Complete the subscription questionnaire and click Save. You can choose from these options:

Pause emails until the next enrollment period
Send me fewer emails
SHOP Marketplace: Only send me small business emails

To unsubscribe from all Marketplace emails, click 1-click unsubscribe in the banner below the LinkedIn button.
