An agile approach to oversight

Agile oversight is critical to providing meaningful insights to decision-makers in real time. Here at the PRAC, we have focused on developing products and sharing resources that highlight these techniques so we can deliver information to stakeholders quickly and help others do the same.

We've developed a new resource sharing lessons learned from experts from across the oversight community to help other agencies incorporate agile strategies.

First things first. What is agile oversight? 

Agile oversight highlights issues that require immediate action for program officials, congressional stakeholders, or others who have requested reviews of high-risk areas. Agile products provide transparency and ensure agency leadership and affected stakeholders have access to information quickly so they can make timely program improvements.
