That's how identity theft victims described the current redress
process that is offered by the federal government.
We commissioned a report that proposes a “one-stop shop” for helping victims submit claims and follow them through completion. Importantly,
this approach allows government agencies to share data and communicate
with one another to ease the burden on victims.
