The CIGIE Mentoring Subcommittee is thrilled to announce mentee recruitment for participation in phase 2 of the CIGIE Mentoring Program pilot.
The CIGIE Mentoring Program is a structured mentoring program that runs from April through November of each year. Participants span the CIGIE community and represent a wide array of agencies, backgrounds, and positions. Mentees will be matched with volunteer mentors to work on specific professional development goals of their choosing. As part of the program, both mentors and mentees will receive resources and support from the Mentoring Subcommittee to encourage an engaging and successful mentoring experience.
- We are currently seeking mentees at any level
- Mentees will be selected to participate to ensure balance between agencies, positions, and grade levels
- Mentees will be matched with mentors to work on specific goals of their choosing
- Registration: March 13th – March 31st
