New from the PRAC
New Report on Federal Contracting During the Pandemic

PRAC Chair Michael Horowitz testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure on the government's response to COVID-19
"Oversight of a program of this magnitude takes a monumental and whole-of-government effort."
