Update to the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements – Appendix O has been posted to CBP.gov.
The following ITAR exemption is active and available for use and has been added to the AESTIR Appendix O DDTC ITAR Exemptions - ITAR § 126.7 – Australia and the United Kingdom exemption for certain exports of defense articles and defense services.
