Household Pulse Survey Phase 3.7
On December 9, the Census Bureau announced the beginning of data collection for phase 3.7 of the experimentalĀ Household Pulse Survey. The survey is an effort by the Census Bureau and other federal statistical agencies to provide near real-time data on how the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in social and economic conditions are affecting peopleās lives to inform federal and state response and recovery planning.
Phase 3.7 includes new and updated questions.
The 2017-2021 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates are now available.
ACS data show over 40% of renter households in the United States spent more than 30% of their income on housing costs during the 2017-2021 period.
