National Milk Day: January 11

According to the 2020 Annual Survey of Manufactures, fluid milk manufacturing shipments were valued at $38.2 billion and involved 56,122 employees.

According to the 2019 American Community Survey, there were 249,804 pharmacists and 248,368 pharmacy technicians in the United States.

U.S. imports of tea, spices, etc., were valued above $2.56 billion in 2020, $1.12 billion more than the $1.44 billion value a decade earlier in 2010.

The Census Bureau projected the U.S. population at 332,403,650 on Jan. 1. Since Census Day (April 1) 2020, the population has grown 954,369 or 0.29%.
