Retiring American FactFinder

The U.S. Census Bureau has retired American FactFinder (AFF), its statistics and information search engine after 20 years. AFF will remain as an archive system for data and functionality that are not yet available in data.census.gov until March 30, 2020.  

After March 30, 2020, American FactFinder will be decommissioned and no longer available.

What’s Coming to data.census.gov?

Data previously released on AFF are now being released on the U.S. Census Bureau's new dissemination platform, data.census.gov. Since we are a developing site, not all the data from AFF have been migrated over to data.census.gov. The animated graphic above provides an overview of our data migration status that will be updated regularly.
