Nevada joined the Union on October 31, 1864 as the 36th state. Nicknames: The Silver State (official), Sagebrush State and Battle Born State.
The 2018 American Community Survey counted 535,622 childcare workers; 748,466 personal care aides; and 81,700 personal care and service workers, all other.
