Regulatory Updates: Town Hall Series

Come learn about the changes in the Final Rule titled: “Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR): Clarification on Filing Requirements” that was published on April 19, 2017.  The Census Bureau made changes related to the implementation of the International Trade Data System (ITDS), in accordance with Executive Order 13659, Streamlining the Export/Import Process for American Businesses.

This webinar will discuss the highlighted changes made in the Final Rule, which include the: 

  • Addition of the new Original Internal Transaction Number field,
  • Changes to the ACE Certification process,
  • Updates to the responsibilities of the U.S. authorized agent in a routed export transaction,
  • Changes to definitions, and
  • Updates to the split shipment section.
