How the Program Supports Members Today
Membership in the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program continues to grow, reaching more Responders and Survivors each year. Enrollment trends show a steady rise in the number of people receiving care, monitoring, and services, which demonstrates the Program's expanding impact over time.
Today, more than 100,000 members rely on the Program for support with certified 9/11‑related health conditions, cancer, airway and aerodigestive disorders, and mental health conditions. These trends highlight the ongoing need for specialized, long‑term care and the Program's commitment to meeting those needs.
The chart below shows the change in total enrollment over the lifetime of the Program.
As membership grows, the Program continues to adapt, ensuring that Responders and Survivors nationwide receive high‑quality, no‑cost care throughout their lives.
