• Adapting Evidence-Based Practices for Under-Resourced Populations. Presents a guide that focuses on the process of adapting evidence-based practices (EBPs) for under-resourced populations who experience obstacles in obtaining healthcare services.
• Evidence-Based Interventions to Address the Opioid Epidemic. Shares a report that aims to support jurisdictions across the country to advance the adoption of evidence-based solutions to respond to the opioid epidemic.

• Readiness Assessment for Harm Reduction Vending Machines: A Decision Making Tool for Organizations and Communities. Helps organizations determine where their community sits on the continuum of readiness for harm reduction vending machine implementation and identifies next steps to strengthen their capacity to initiate a vending machine program.

• November 15: Welcome to Overdose Data to Action: Overview for New Staff. Join CDC’s Division of Overdose Prevention (DOP) leadership as they provide an overview of the OD2A program.
• November 17: DOSE Quarterly Meeting: A Focus on Emerging Trends, Data Quality, and Hospital Discharge Data. Join the DOSE team as they share program updates and facilitate discussions on emerging trends, use, and data quality of race and ethnicity data in nonfatal overdose surveillance. The Minnesota Department of Health will also share their experience with hospital discharge data, focusing on recent changes to their hospital discharge data processing.
