The Tampa Field Division is responsible for ATF criminal enforcement and industry regulatory activities in 58 of the 67 counties in the State of Florida. This field division consists of two Federal Judicial Districts, the Northern and Middle Judicial Districts of Florida. The workforce is comprised of special agents, investigators, auditors, technicians and support staff. We encourage all residents to get involved and assist us in our goal of reducing crime in our neighborhoods by anonymously submitting information through our new ATF Tips app (Android and iOS), visiting the reportit website, submitting an anonymous form, or by reaching out to your local field office. New Press Release – Federal Jury Convicts Sanford Felon for Selling Drugs and Firearms in Orlando

Orlando, Florida – Acting United States Attorney W. Stephen Muldrow announces that a federal jury has found Christopher Gerard Dickerson (39, Sanford) guilty of one count of conspiracy to distribute and possessing with the intent to distribute controlled substances, four counts of distribution and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances, and one count of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 10, 2018.
