The Philadelphia Field Division is responsible for ATF criminal enforcement and industry regulatory activities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This field division combats firearm violence by focusing their investigative efforts on armed violent offenders, career criminals, gangs and gun traffickers. The work force is comprised of special agents, investigators, canine handlers, auditors, technicians, legal counsel and support staff. We encourage all residents to get involved and assist us in our goal of reducing crime in our neighborhoods by anonymously submitting information through our new ATF Tips app (Android and iOS), visiting the reportit website, submitting an anonymous form, or by reaching out to your local field office. HARRISBURG – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that the leader of a gang that has operated for a decade or more in the City of York was sentenced to life in prison for racketeering and drug distribution conspiracies.
