New Press Release: Portland Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Illegal Possession of a Firearm
Portland, Maine: Acting United States Attorney Richard W. Murphy announced that Moses Okot, 29, of Portland was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge Jon D. Levy to 10 years in prison and three years of supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Okot pled guilty on March 29, 2017.
New Press Release – Cape Cod Man Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Heroin and Suboxone Trafficking
BOSTON – A member of the Nauti-Bloc gang was sentenced today in federal court in Boston for his role in trafficking heroin and suboxone. Tyrone Gomes, 31, of Hyannis, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Patti B. Saris to 20 years in prison and eight years of supervised release. On April 5, 2017, Gomes pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, and conspiracy to distribute suboxone.
