New Press Release – Indianapolis Man Sentenced on Robbery Charges
INDIANAPOLIS –United States Attorney Josh J. Minkler announced today that an Indianapolis man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to 22 counts related to recent robberies in the Indianapolis area. Donnell E. Gilder, 23, was sentenced to 420 months (35 years) by U. S. District Chief Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson for his role in robbing a Marsh Grocery store and 10 Speedway gas stations.
New Press Release – Cleveland Man Sentenced to 2 1/2 Years in Prison for Trafficking Firearms bought at Medina Gun Show
A Cleveland man was sentenced to 30 months in prison for illegally trafficking two dozen firearms purchased over a weekend at a gun show in Medina County, said Acting U.S. Attorney David A. Sierleja and Trevor Velinor, ATF Special Agent in Charge for the Columbus Field Division. Carlton H. Nunn, 36, pleaded guilty earlier this year to one count of making false and fictitious statements regarding the sale of firearms.
