The Tampa Field Division is responsible for ATF criminal enforcement and industry regulatory activities in 58 of the 67 counties in the State of Florida. This field division consists of two Federal Judicial Districts, the Northern and Middle Judicial Districts of Florida. The workforce is comprised of special agents, investigators, auditors, technicians and support staff. We encourage all residents to get involved and assist us in our goal of reducing crime in our neighborhoods by anonymously submitting information through our new ATF Tips app (Android and iOS), visiting the reportit website, submitting an anonymous form, or by reaching out to your local field office. New Press Release – Armed Career Criminal Sentenced to 15 Years

Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge Susan C. Bucklew today sentenced Timothy Dale Washington, II (33, Tampa) to 15 years in federal prison for possessing a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon. The Court also ordered him to forfeit the firearm and ammunition used in the offense. He pleaded guilty on September 12, 2016.
