New Open Letter: Open Letter to All California FFLs Regarding the California State Assembly Bill 60 (AB 60)

This open letter is in response to an inquiry from the California Department of Justice regarding California driver licenses issued pursuant to The Safe and Responsible Driver Act, also known as California State Assembly Bill 60 (AB 60) and its applicability to Federal firearms laws.

New Trace Reports: Firearms Trace Data - 2015

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has released firearms trace data for all individual U.S. states and territories for calendar year 2015.

New NFA Graphs: NFA Firearms Processed by Fiscal Year and the Number of NFA Forms Processed by Fiscal Year

The data graphs for the NFA Firearms Processed by Fiscal Year and the Number of NFA Forms Processed by Fiscal Year have been updated to include 2015 data.
