Dear Partners,
I am pleased to share some new tools to assist prime contractors and recipients in reporting subawards and subcontracts in the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Subaward Reporting System (FSRS).
USAID’s Management Bureau, Office of Acquisition & Assistance (M/OAA) recently published a new FSRS Reporting Guidance “one-pager”. This guidance supplements the existing instructions available on FSRS.gov, providing tips and best practices to enable partners to more accurately enter and update subcontract and subaward data in FSRS. We’ve also published a related blog post on WorkwithUSAID.gov with more information on FSRS.
In addition, I am pleased to announce we will host a webinar focused exclusively on FSRS reporting on January 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. ET. Interested parties can register here. During this webinar, we will review FSRS reporting requirements for contractors and recipients, share available resources to support reporting compliance, and discuss the guidance in the above-linked one-pager developed by USAID. There will be an opportunity for Q&A during the webinar, so please feel free to submit questions in advance by writing to USAID's Industry Liaison at industryliaison@usaid.gov. We plan to record the webinar and will add the link to the above blog post for those who are unable to attend.
As has been communicated previously, accurate reporting in FSRS by our partners is a requirement of USAID awards and is vital to USAID for a number of reasons, including transparency of Agency-funded activities, accountability to American taxpayers, and advancement of the Agency’s localization objectives. USAID appreciates your efforts to ensure that applicable subcontracts and subawards are accurately reported in the FSRS system.
Regards,
Jami J. Rodgers, CPCM USAID Senior Procurement Executive Director, Bureau for Management Office of Acquisition & Assistance
