In addition to the new Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) change for SAM.gov in April of 2022, there have been other changes to registration requirements. Organizations that are only seeking assistance awards are no longer required to obtain CAGE/NCAGE [Commercial and Government Entity/NATO Commercial and Government Entity] codes.
