Access to SSTS via CDX

On Thursday, August 29,2024, EPA restored the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS) application on EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX).  You can now submit applications for a new establishment number (EPA form 3540-8) as well as any initial or annual reports (EPA Form 3540-16). For forms submitted and awaiting EPA review, EPA staff have resumed these reviews. 

As a reminder, applicants can download, complete, print, sign and mail the required forms following the instructions provided for the respective forms (Note: all forms and letters must be signed with an original, wet-ink signature before the document is mailed; electronic signatures, stamped signatures or other digital signature copies will not be accepted):
