ICIS ETL did not complete last night

The ICIS ETL did not complete last night, due to a problem processing Batch transactions. The ICIS-NPDES Ad hoc universe (IIRS) was not updated with Tuesday’s September 13th activities. The ICIS-NPDES Ad hoc universe currently contains updates as of Monday September 12th.
