ACF Support for Child Care Affordability and Access

Please see the attached letter from Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Assistant Secretary Alex J. Adams, which was sent to all governors, regarding child care affordability, Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) flexibilities for faith-based and family, friend, and neighbor care providers, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) flexibilities to expand child care access and support married, two-parent families with an at-home parental caregiver.
