 Children's Mental Health Week
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week and the theme for 2026 is ‘This is my place’.
Belonging matters, it shapes who we are and plays a vital role in our mental and physical health and wellbeing. We can all help children feel that they belong.
Take a moment to consider what more you can do to help children and young people feel truly seen, heard and valued. Genuine moments of connection help children to thrive. Find out more about local support at www.yormind.org.uk.
