We are currently experiencing intermittent IT issues affecting some West Sussex County Council services. This is impacting our Customer Service Centre phone lines, and some callers may experience difficulties getting through to an operator.
Our phone lines remain open, and some callers are able to contact us without any issues. However, if you are unable to get through, please email the Family Information Service at family.info.service@westsussex.gov.uk.
Colleagues are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, and we hope normal service will resume soon.
We will provide an update, including confirmation when normal service has resumed, through a special newsletter.
