We understand that this is a busy time for providers, and we want to thank you for your continued cooperation as we work through the Provider Declaration process together. We know that completing these forms takes time, and we sincerely appreciate your efforts. We have a short update to help make the process as smooth as possible.
As shared in newsletter #11/2026 on Wednesday 18 March, we are continuing to work hard to process your Early Years Funded Entitlement Provider Declaration Forms. To support this, we have introduced an additional document called the Correction Form. This form will be used when we require corrected information in order to avoid delays in processing your Provider Declaration Form.
Please only complete a Correction Form if you have been specifically asked to do so by the Early Years Funding Team. If you have been asked to complete one, your Provider Declaration Form will show as authorised on the portal; however, you must still submit the Correction Form as outlined in our request.
For providers whose original Provider Declaration Form was declined and who have since resubmitted an amended version, please note that your updated submission will appear as pending on the Online Provider Portal until it has been reviewed and approved. If errors remain on your resubmitted form, we will either send you a Correction Form or contact you directly with guidance on how to amend your submission. If you receive a notification confirming that your form has been declined, please ensure you resubmit it following the instructions provided in the email.
We are processing all forms in date order and are working to complete these as quickly as possible. Please be reassured that we are taking all possible steps to avoid delays and will work with providers to resolve any outstanding information promptly. Our team will contact you directly if any further information is required.
