Working hours and pattern: We’re a term-time only preschool, with working hours between 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Job details: Planning and providing a high-quality, stimulating, and adaptable environment for children to explore and learn from, in line with our weekly curriculum. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including a strong understanding of safeguarding (training provided). Acting as a key person, observing and assessing children’s development, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with parents/carers.
What you need to succeed: Has great communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team. Is hardworking and eager to continue learning through training opportunities. Takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for supporting children’s development. A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification is essential.
