We are pleased to confirm that we will be implementing our permanent replacement for the Learning & Development (L&D) Gateway early this year. This is because the contract with our previous supplier had to end sooner than expected which we shared with you last August. The L&D Team are working with our new supplier, Learning Pool, to migrate all our existing training events and eLearning onto the new Learning Management System (LMS).
What happens next?
The L&D Team will be continuing to migrate all existing activity to the new system ahead of go-live and will undertake the necessary testing of the system. We will provide further updates including guidance on how to use the new system as soon as we can.
In the meantime, if you have events booked through the L&D Gateway, these will still go ahead. Please continue to attend events you’ve booked onto.
Although some data and information will be retained and transferred to the new system, there are some records that will not be transferring. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions document for more information and to find out what action you need to take.
