Temporary closure of Broadwater Library for building work

Broadwater Library will close at 1.00pm on Thursday 28 July and re-open at 9.00am on Thursday 4 August. This is to allow for refurbishment works in the staff area as well as some essential repairs to the main front doors.

There will be no disruption to our Baby Rhyme Time sessions and any items borrowed from Broadwater Library will be not be due back until we re-open. Our weekly Knit & Natter session will resume on Wednesday 10 August.

Whilst we are closed you can visit any West Sussex library to:

• Borrow, renew, reserve and return library items
• Join and take part in the Summer Reading Challenge
• Access public computers for free using your library card and PIN
• Print, scan and photocopy documents
• Attend our regular activities for adults and families
• Work or study - all our libraries have free WiFi, study tables and power points to charge devices

From the comfort of your own home you can also:

• Read local and national newspapers and magazines from around the world for free via our PressReader app.
• Ask our friendly Digital Support team for help with computers, Internet safety, smart devices and 1:1 sessions with our volunteer Computer Buddies
• Stay connected with other library customers via Facebook and twitter
• See our latest updates on our website
