COVID-19 setting update 3 (FAQs)

We’ve received many questions from Early Years settings via the Family Information Service and have collated some FAQs to help you access the information you need.

Where you have asked us a question that is not answered by these FAQs, we will reply to your email with a specific answer to your query. Please bear with us for a reply – we are answering emails according to priority.

We will update these FAQs frequently based on the questions we receive, and re-issue them via these broadcasts. Our contact details to ask a question can be found in the FAQ document.

Additionally, GovUK has published Information for parents and carers regarding the closure of educational settings which, although not aimed at educational settings, may provide further answers for you as well as your parents.
