A new form is now available on the Online Provider Portal (OPP), allowing you to submit staff changes. The new ‘Staff Update Form’ can be found under the ‘Forms’ tab on your portal account. The ‘Staff’ tab, which has been replaced, will shortly disappear. We ask that you no longer use this tab to provide updates. You can use this new form to submit new staff details, update existing staff, and request deletion of staff members who have left your setting. The new form also allows you to request a new OPP account for new and existing staff members.
We now only require information on staff who meet the following criteria:
- The main contact for the setting.
- The setting manager (if different to the above).
- Staff who possess or require a portal account of their own.
We will remove staff records from our system who do not meet the above criteria. There is no need for you to request these be deleted.
We have designed the new form to be quicker and easier to complete, and have written guidance notes which can be found here. Please let us know if you have any issues or feedback.
Childminders: You will not need to use this form to update your own details; these are updated via the ‘Termly Provider Profile Update’ form. You can use this form if you wish for someone other than yourself to have an OPP account (e.g. a childminding assistant).
Spring term Free Entitlement actuals- final reminder
A reminder that the Online Provider Portal (OPP) closes at midnight tonight (Wednesday 29 January) for Spring term Free Entitlement (FE) actuals claims.
Please note, we will be unable to process any claims which miss this deadline for children who are in attendance during Headcount week.
To ensure you submit your claims correctly please refer to the Actuals help guide and YouTube video, which also cover how to submit Disability Access Fund (DAF) and Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) claims.
IMPORTANT - If you are an FE provider claiming funding for at least one child this Spring Term please ensure you have also completed your annual Early Years Census form via the OPP.
