Children’s Learning and Well-Being Audit
We are excited to
announce the launch of the Children’s Learning and Well-Being Audit (formerly
known as the Vulnerable Learners Audit). Documents will be available to collect
from your local Children and Family Centre (CFC), one copy per setting, from 18
June to 27 July. Please see the attached list to
find out which CFC you will be able to collect your document from. It is also available to access online at www.westsussex.gov.uk/CLaWBA.
The CLaWBA features
new style audit forms – including an Excel format to assist with data analysis,
brand new indicators, process flowcharts and updated guidance. Clearer links to
the West Sussex Continuum of Need will help you to determine levels of concern
and appropriate action to take.
During this
transitional period Early Years and Childcare Advisers will assist you through
your termly conversations so if you haven’t done so already, make sure that you
book one with them now. We will also be running some training sessions
throughout the Autumn Term so keep an eye out for dates in future Broadcasts.
